• Foremost, visit nubd.info/proof/form. Fill up.
• Then click on the Apply To Online Form Fill Up (For Student)

• Then Provide your Registration No; choose the Examination Name and click on the Next button.

• • Complete the application form after completing the application form; download/print a copy.
  • Each of the students has to attach two recently taken photographs attested by the principal on a certain Form place with the Aika gum.
  • There will be two parts to the Form. Submit the lower part at college, and the top part is yours.

  *Students can sit for a maximum of two quality improvement exams.
