Then select the examination name from the certain option and provide Registration No and click on the Next option. Finally, fill up the application form based on the site’s instructions.

After completing the application form, print it.
Then add two passport size recently taken photographs (Attasted by the Professor) and attach them at a certain place on the form.
Then submit the bottom part of the form at your college and keep the top part with you.
